These bite-size donuts are made with Tokachi coarse sweet red bean paste and Hokkaido “Kitahonami” flour. The dough is kneaded together without a drop of water, and fried in an iron plate. We recommend the melon cream made with Furano red melon, the butter pumpkin made with Hokkaido Ebisu kabocha, and the Hokkaido premium cheese made with raw Hokkaido milk.
Six Fruits Tart ¥400-
The tart batter is filled with cream and topped with six types of fruit jam made with fruit from their own farm: the wonderfully tart “Jonathan apple,” the strongly sweet “Kinsei apple,” “blueberry & cassis,” “pumpkin,” “strawberry,” and “quince,” for a luxurious dessert.
Kanazawa Japanese Parfait ¥900
Two types of gelato, famous Ishikawa prefecture “Kaga stem tea” and “Kanazawa matcha,” are sandwiched in Kaga monaka (thin crisp mochi wafers). This delicious Japanese parfait is topped with “Noto dainagon” (large-grained sweet red beans) from the Noto peninsula and gold leaf from Kanazawa. We made this dessert based on the image of sweets presented to nobles in a castle town. Try this parfait and feel like a feudal lord or princess.
